Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the process for cancelling orders, returning items, and receiving refunds when making purchases through the Kulatso app. By using our app, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this policy.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled as long as the product has not been shipped from our App. If already shipped, contact our customer support team immediately to request a cancellation.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.
  2. Package the item securely and include all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Send the item to the provided return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
